Busy, Busy, Busy

Iglesia Bautista Genesaret, the church the University works closely with and which we attend, is celebrating its 30th anniversary this December. In honor of that occasion, the Frank Garlocks, of Majesty Music, and Flay Allens, missionaries to Spain who helped start the University’s music program, have come to celebrate. On December 10th, the church will celebrate its anniversary with different activities, including the Christmas cantata The Greatest Gift with drama, choir and orchestra. Every day this week we are having rehearsals.

In the midst of it all, Pastor Herbster arrived to visit and bring several men to see the University. We are praying that the Lord will provide the funds necessary for a new campus.

The church is also seeking to raise $100,000 to purchase several lots of land on which to build the new church auditorium. This money will only purchase the property. Please pray that the church will reach its goal and that the funds for a new auditorium will also come in quickly.
